Personal Statement
Jade has personally overcome many physical and mental challenges, having served within areas of conflict and physically demanding conditions, throughout his 10 year career in the Royal Navy and as a Royal Marine Commando. Jade has also played Hockey to a professional standard for both the Armed Forces and Great Britain at many international competitions; this has led him to have an intrinsic understanding of the importance of Health, Fitness and good Nutrition.
As a qualified Advanced Personal Trainer, Jade has varied experience from assisting clients to manage their Weight Loss to Sports Specific Training. Equally, Jade understands the time constraints imposed by modern lifestyles on training regimes. Intelligent and enthusiastic, Jade strongly believes that by working as a team he can achieve noticeable results with his clients through effort, commitment and fun.
Qualifications
Diploma in Advanced Personal Training and Sports Massage Therapist (REPS L3) Nutritional Advisor, Special Populations, Fitness Testing, FIH Level 2 Coach, Level 2 EHA Umpire.
Specialities
Improving CV Fitness, Power and Strength training, Weight Management and Nutritional Advice, Hypertrophy, Sports Specific Training combined with Sports Massage.
Experience
Jade has designed several training programmes from Weight loss to Marathon training, which have all achieved results for his Clients.
