There is no doubt that as a nation we are becoming increasingly aware of the benefits and necessities of regular exercise.

The risks of Diabetes, Coronary Heart Disease, High Blood Pressure, Strokes, Osteoporosis and many other ailments are significantly reduced with regular exercise.

Yet the problem for many people is what does it entail. What exercises should I do? How often and for how long? At J.P Fitness we have a commitment to the wellbeing of each member. Our trainers will instruct and advise you with everything you need to know.

 

Personal training is for you if you are:
