Running Long Duration

A set route run with looping or short cut options for additional/less mileage

Service Description

Improve your running stamina/endurance. Looking to progress with your running distance? Join our longer duration runs and work on your endurance. Check our Facebook or instagram page weekly for route updates, meeting locations and suitability for buggies. The routes will usually have options so those who want to go further or shorter can choose appropriately. Runners should be able to run a non stop 7-10k ​ - Cardio - Social *You should bring a personal first aid kit and face covering *You should carry no less than 200ml of water per 5km in a bottle/hydration pack ** Class will not run if there are less than two people booked in.

Cancellation Policy

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel any service. For Fitness Classes: Clients using single or block sessions - to avoid being charged, please cancel or reschedule your session(s) at least 4 hours in advance of the session time to avoid being charged. This allows us to offer your space to someone on the class waiting list, and to amend the session plan as necessary. You can reschedule or cancel a class at any time by logging into your 'MEMBERS AREA', within the 4 hour cancellation window, inside this time please message to cancel yourself out. For pre paid courses: Please let us know if you cannot attend a session so we can notify the Instructor.
