    1.1 Refunds will not be given on any personalised items of kit, or on items made to order. This includes; hoodies, backpacks, & high-viz jackets.

    2.1 Any faulty items will be replaced on receipt of the original item in the undamaged, original packaging. Additional shipping costs will be met by JP Fitness Cornwall, where applicable. 
    2.2 Where the wrong size has been ordered; the item will be replaced with the correct size (subject to availability), on receipt of the original item in the undamaged, original packaging. The consumer is liable for additional shipping costs, where applicable. 

    3.0 Returns

    3.1 If the consumer decides they no longer require the item; a full refund will be given on receipt of the original item in the undamaged, original packaging. The consumer is liable for additional shipping costs, where applicable.

    4.0 Lifetime Warranty

    This is provided by the supplier, SA FISHING, but may be void after printing. Any warranty queries must be directed at SA FISHING, not JP Fitness Conrwall.
