1.0 Refunds
1.1 Refunds will not be given on any personalised items of kit, or on items made to order. This includes; hoodies, zoodies, sweatshirts, backpacks, & high-viz jackets.
2.0 Replacements
2.1 Any faulty items will be replaced on receipt of the original item in the undamaged, original packaging. Additional shipping costs will be met by JP Fitness Cornwall, where applicable. Please note; normal wear and tear is to be expected.
2.2 Where the wrong size has been ordered; the item will be replaced with the correct size (subject to availability), on receipt of the original item in the undamaged, original packaging. The consumer is liable for additional shipping costs, where applicable.3.0 Returns
