Service Description

There are lots of options for those who want lower impact exercises or harder options. Choose how fast and how hard the exercises are. Your cardio interval can be walking, jogging running or a bit of each. Make the workout YOUR workout. - Social - Cardio - Conditioning ** Class will not run if there are less than two people booked in. *** In poor weather session will be moved indoors, please check messages.

Cancellation Policy

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel any service. For Fitness Classes: Clients using single or block sessions - to avoid being charged, please cancel or reschedule your session(s) at least 4 hours in advance of the session time to avoid being charged. This allows us to offer your space to someone on the class waiting list, and to amend the session plan as necessary. You can reschedule or cancel a class at any time by logging into your 'MEMBERS AREA', within the 4 hour cancellation window, inside this time please message to cancel yourself out. For pre paid courses: Please let us know if you cannot attend a session so we can notify the Instructor.
