WHAT TO WEAR
Although we like to think we are here to keep you fit, healthy and happy, our primary concerns are your safety and comfort. Many of our new starters don't know what to wear when starting their fitness journey, and sometimes it can be difficult to judge with our changeable seasons! Don't worry... we have it covered. We hope you find the kit lists, and images below helpful. Scroll down to find out more.

We do everything we can to keep our indoor class environment comfortable, but it is important to expect to be quite warm when training. This is completely normal, but dressing appropriately can help. Essential: - Indoor Training Shoes - Training Vest or T-Shirt - Shorts, or Capris - A drink - Towel - Handwraps (for Boxercise) Optional: - Fingerless Gloves for classes like KettleFIT and H.I.I.T if desired - Exercise mat
As a general rule, you should dress as if it were 10 degrees warmer when running. But remember, the most important thing is to be seen by road users, other runners, and us! Essential: - Headtorch/Torch - High Viz - Running Trainers - T-Shirt or Long Sleeved T-Shirt - Shorts, Capris, or leggings - Drink Optional: - Warm Hat - Gloves - Multi-use Running Snood - Calf Sleeves/Compression Socks - Base Layers (e.g. Skins) - Waterproof Jacket
