Service Description

Friday nights are made for a bit of socialising, putting the world to right and a little bit of running, jogging or walking. Check our Facebook or instagram page weekly for route updates, meeting locations and distance options. No pressure for speed, go as fast as you wish. Turn back early if you don’t wan to go as far. Choose when you walk and when you run/jog. You will never be the slowest as we always lead from the back at a walking pace. ​ - Cardio - Social *You should bring a personal first aid kit and charged phone *You will be advised when headtorches and hi viz are essential, but please consider the route and aim to be visible to vehicles at all times. ** Class will not run if there are less than two people booked in.

Cancellation Policy

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel any service. For Fitness Classes: Clients using single or block sessions - to avoid being charged, please cancel or reschedule your session(s) at least 4 hours in advance of the session time to avoid being charged. This allows us to offer your space to someone on the class waiting list, and to amend the session plan as necessary. You can reschedule or cancel a class at any time by logging into your 'MEMBERS AREA', within the 4 hour cancellation window, inside this time please message to cancel yourself out. For pre paid courses: Please let us know if you cannot attend a session so we can notify the Instructor.
